Any fans? Me and my brother were talking about him a while back and after he explained who he was I remembered (vaguely) who he was. I am more interested in his silent film era and from the little I've seen of his work I thought he was hilarious. If possible recommend me some more of his works.

The General is a masterpiece, just flat out brilliant. In fact, I've never seen a Keaton flick I don't like....FAR superior to Chaplin in my opinion.

I"ll make some more recs later, gotta dash to work at the moment.

I agree he's better than Chaplin, I'll be waiting for your recommendations, thanks.

All good choices. Steamboat Bill Jr. is another favorite of mine and has many classic skits.

Looking through his filmography on IMDB makes me realize how many films of his that I still need to watch for the first time. But that's one of the cool things about life, discovering "lost" treasures....
