PostSubject: Thin Lizzy-5 Questions   Sun Apr 11, 2010 9:24 pm

What are your answers to these 5 questions?

1. Favorite Thin Lizzy album (and why)?
2. Favorite Thin Lizzy song?
3. How did you first hear Thin Lizzy?
4. Fave Thin Lizzy Guitarist besides Scott Gorham?
5. Did you have to ask what a "Thin Lizzy" was?

My answers:

1. Johnny The Fox, Lynott had a knack for putting ballads with rockers on an album without the ballads sounding out of place, JTF IMO is the best example of that.

2. It changes but mostly Sweet Marie, what a beautiful song.

3. My oldest brother would constantly play Life Live.

4. Gary Moore

5. Yes.

1. Bad Reputation. It's such a heavy and mean sounding record, it means business and travels over different palettes seemlessly without breaking the feel.
2. Opium Trail
3. Heard "Jailbreak" on the radio.
4. Brian Robertson
5. No, I was eventually told later on. I had never assumed it was anything other then just a name.
