an early morning steak would be nice

Yup steak and eggs with a lil tobasco sauce sounds good, I'm warming up a KFC chicken pot pie for my breakfast.

I'm drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes for breakfast, anything else would require spending money.

I'm glad I don't smoke anymore, too damn expensive and I'm too lazy to roll my own. Although, I do smoke tobacco from a pipe on occasion.

I've cut way back. I switched to American Spirits and that helped reduce the number I smoked per day (they burn almost twice as long because they don't have all the added chemicals).

Hell man smoking is one bitch of a habit, it sucks to pick it up and it's hard to get rid of it.

I quit for 2 years at one point, but "stress" brought me back to it.

However, it's now the only remaining vice I need to kick...so I have confidence I can do it again.

I quit for 4 years then smoked again for a year and have been smoke free for almost 4 again.

Right now I'm preparing cabbage, onion and diced beef in mchuzi mix, a beef stock based powdered seasoning used in Africa.

I've always had a fascination and a passion for Swahili and I've been learning it off and on for a few years, I intend to make it my 3rd language.

I've had a headache, a slight earache, and muscle aches on and off all day. Sh*t, guess I'm coming down with something. Fabulous!!

The #1 song on Billboard the day I was born was Funky Town by Lipps Inc., no wonder why I've always liked that song and could never figure out why...

Thanx...feeling a little better today...headache seems to be gone, ear hasn't been hurtin', stomach is still a little upset but not as bad as yesterday... hopin' it was just a 24 hour bug...

I finally ate an oven baked sammich from Domino's and it was quite delectable.

Domino's new recipe is pretty damn good.

In "The Substitute" Tom Berenger is interrogating this guy who just happens to be eating bran, and he shakes him so bad he shits himself. Pretty good scene.
