Kill After Kill is a better Exciter album than it gets credit for. Sure it falls into their normal traps, but this isn't their worst album.

I know it's a long post, but any comment would be nice(ie: his voice sux, they stink, I hate folk music, I hate folkprog, nice tune, great lyrics).

Listened to Styx's The Grand Illusion and had a few thought:

1) Great fucking album!!!!
2) Michael Sweet stole the vocal harmonies and put them on In God We Trust
3) It's proggy and probably one of the shortest prog rock albums every released. The dumb ass music critics got it wrong calling this Styx era "Corporate Rock"

I haven't had a chance to check it out yet, I've been essentially either working or sleeping for the past week or so. I'll try to find a time to explore it.
