I'll have to check these out, I've been in a prog mood the past few days.

Some mellow prog from mid-70's France. Worth checking out.

That's awesome as fuck. Tubular Bells is a great album, but I've always preferred Ommadawn though.

It was actually that live version of Proclamation that made me dig into Gentle Giant again. They're finally clicking with me. I love the drumming in that version, it sounds a lot heavier than the studio cut.
Anyway here's a tune I've been digging today: It takes a lot of balls for a band to write a "Symphony no. 2" on their first album. But just listen to when they bust into Hall Of The Mountain King. Makes me want to tell Keith Emerson to go fuck himself

My first GG album was Playing The Fool, which is their live album. Damn those songs sound so much heavier live!

Steven Wilson is currently remixing the album "The Power & The Glory" which will be out in the first half of 2014. Rumors are he will be working on more albums in the GG catalog after this one.

If you liked Dimensionaut by Sound Of Contact you will probably like this. SOC was Kerzners previous project.
In this song, he joined his old Kevin Gilbert band mates (Russ Parish[Steel Panther] and Nick D'Virgilio[ex-Spock's Beard]) for a song that is a tribute to KG!
This one features Steve Hackett on guitar.
I just read that he rejoined Sound Of Contact and they are working on a new album.
