I honestly don't remember if I've jammed 'em or not, chewie. Where should I start?

Start with their first two albums Closer To Doom, then Money Machine (in which they do a killer version of Death Walks Behind You).... go from there....

Bigelf bigfan!!
I think Hex was introduction to the band, but they're all good. They are one of those bands that you can hear 10 different influences (Floyd, Beatles, Sabbath, rock, metal, doom, etc.) thrown into the cauldron, but they make a sound all their own.
Can't wait to hear something new from these guys.
BTW, I think their entire catalog was fairly recently re-released with bonus tracks and stuff, so they shouldn't be too hard to track down. For awhile there, their albums were rare and pricey.

Ah, the "Death Walks Behind You" cover is where I've heard them. I will do.

I can't find a decent clip online, but Bigelf did a cool cover of 'Mother' by John Lennon on some tribute album. Bigelf is the backing band and none other than Christina Agulera (sp?) provides the vocals.

I thought that they did something with Pink, as well?

Not that I'm aware of. She's worked with some rockers (Steven Tyler, Butch Walker) but nothing with Bigelf that I know of.

I wonder if it was that, but ended up doing it with Aguilera instead?

I was turned onto them when I was in my Mellotron drenched music days/daze. I still LOVE that instrument!
Here is what is on the cover of Closer To Doom: •Hammond C3 •Hammond B3 •Leslie 122 •Mark II Mellotron (FX console, ex-Gracious!) •2 x Mellotron M400s •dual-manual Chamberlin •2 x Chamberlin M1s •MiniMoog •stage grand piano •Hohner Pianet •9 x assorted guitars/basses •5 x Orange cabs and 2 x heads •Marshalls •Vox AC30 (?) •2 x drum kits •multiple effects pedals
