Kayo Dot - Choirs of the Eye
Megadeth - Peace Sells... But Who's Buying?
Bruce Springsteen - Darkness On the Edge of Town
Jackson Browne - Late for the Sky
Protest the Hero - Scurrilous, Volition

Holy shit, I really, really love Protest the Hero. They just keep getting better and better. They put together progressive metal, post-hardcore, and power metal in a way that is so unique; I've never heard another band that sounds like them.

Two great albums right there. Darkness is my fave Boss album. I especially dig "Prove It All Night" & "Something In The Night".

Prove it All Night was the song that got me into the Boss. I'm still a novice when it comes to his discog though.

Jam it all from the debut to The River and the unreleased 'Ties That Bind' and the 2 disc album 'The Promise'. The box set 'Tracks' and its abridged companion '18 Tracks' has some good stuff as well. "USA" is decent but suffers from
'80's-itis.

Thanks for the Springsteen info, AK.

Tesseract - Altered State
Gargoyle - Nothing is Sacred (1988)

next up will more than likely be Necrophagist - Epitaph.

I really need to revisit my King Crimson stuff, the only material I consistently play is the 80s era.

Anyway, as for what I'm listening to now:

Not what you'd consider workout music but it fit just right. I'm not in a "Metal" mood as it were.
