Detuned's Chick Was Blind? WTF?!

Behind Mila Kunis' jaw-dropping good looks and seductive stare, the 'Black Swan' star had a burning secret.

"I was blind in one eye for many years, and nobody knew," Kunis reveals in the February issue of Cosmopolitan.

Kunis suffered from chronic iritis, an inflammation of the iris that left her unable to see. "I'm not blind anymore. I had surgery a couple of months ago. They cut it open and dropped a new lens in there," she added.

In the candid interview, Kunis also opens about relationships in Hollywood (though she keeps her recent breakup from actor Macaulay Culkin under wraps) and reveals what she's looking for in a guy.

Although Kunis remains guarded about her romance with Culkin, she did reveal the secret to making a relationship last in Hollywood. "The reason I'm able to have a relationship is because I don't talk about it. ... Never have, never will," Kunis said.

So what's the single starlet looking for in a guy? "Confidence, not cockiness," Kunis said. "Looks go; they fade. I don't think looks matter."
