| I'll have to come back to this one. My list is going to start at Nightlife as well, but I don't have any of the previous albums. | |

| I'll hook you up w/the 2010 Deluxe Expanded, DC. If I can't find any links I'll upload 'em tomorrow @ work.
Nice list, SD. Little Girl In Bloom is a great track and for some reason your Angel From The Coast pick surprised me. I like that song too though. I'm glad you guys posted, I forgot about this thread.

| Angel From The Coast has always been my favorite track from Jailbreak. I love the mix of the guitars (clean toned funk riff + distorted single note line) and it's prime Lynott storytelling. This track is about as tight as you can get, awesome performance by the entire band.

| So far I've only been jamming Vagabonds. But damn I forgot how good this record was as a whole, or maybe the deluxe edition just sounds that much better. There's a ton of swagger on this record, jams and lyrics are both excellent. Going to be hard to pick a favorite from this one. | |

| VOTWW does have a lot of swagger, I actually like the earlier remasters that put 'Black Boys On The Corner' on it, that coupled w/'Gonna Creep Up On You' added to the swagger. Sadly, Black Boys is relegated to a "bonus track" ob the second disc of Shades on the 2010 remaster but it made it possible for me to pick post songs as fave from their respective albums. If they both woulda been on Vagabonds like on the earlier releases I wouldn't be able to choose. | |

| This guys blog is actually a great resource by the way, I favorited it. There's alot of goodies on it I've been looking for.
Never really got into Shades because I didn't like how it sounded. The first album was good, but really mellow and not fully formed when compared to Lizzy's other records.

| I'll check it out. I like the first two albums but for a while I never did b/c I comapred them to their classic era which I heard first. Shades does have poor production though. I can't wait til that box set of unreleased, etc. Lizzy stuff comes out, I'm already saving money for that. | |
