This is a collection of all twelve (!) of semi legendary cheeseball action director Andy Sidaris' late '80s/early '90s series of softcore/cheesecake action films starring various Playboy Playmates and other hot B-film girls of the era, i.e. Julie Strain, Dona Speir, Hope Marie Carlton, etc.
I'm sure anyone who watched late night Cinemax during that time frame has seen at least ONE of these flicks. They were utter nonsense but the girls were always hot and they were filled with lotsa mindless action and stuff blowin' up, each film was basically an extended "A-Team" episode with lots of tits.
I didn't have an extra fiver on me tonight but next time I'm in there... hell yeah, "Savage Beach," "Fit To Kill," "Hard Ticket to Hawaii," etc., etc.... all will be mine!!!

I honestly don't know if I've seen any of these...but I kind of stick with the late 60s and 70s for my exploitation needs.
In the late 80s and early 90s I was literally STUDYING film (not in school, on my own). I watched basically every major film I could lay my hands on from the 30s through the early 60s...I also read tons of biographies of directors and actors, profiles of the major Hollywood studios, books about the collapse of the studio system, cinematography, you name it...
I also filled up hundreds of VHS tapes with movies recorded from TCM and AMC (back when they actually showed classic films), there was literally a period of about 3 years where I was recording every day on one VCR...while I was catching up on things I recorded earlier on my second VCR.
So I missed out on many current films during those years and the ones I did see were usually the larger films, wasn't really watching anything "exploitational" during that time.

I may not be fond of girls, guns, or g-strings, but I love me some mindless action. I'll have to check this out.

These look like they coul have come out on USA Up All Night. I remember watching that every Friday and Satuday night as a kid just to check out the chicks. Especially on Friday nights when Rhonda Shear was the host.

^^ Yeah, I'm sure they must've gotten some play on USA's Up All Night too.
To be honest, I'm not even sure which of these flicks I've seen anymore...when you get right down to it, they were all pretty much the same movie, just with different casts. The heroine was always an FBI or DEA agent stationed in Hawaii or some other tropical locale, taking on the local mafia or drug cartel. The bad guy was usually played by a has-been TV actor (I know Erik Estrada of "CHiPS" fame was in several of them).
The director (Andy Sidaris) was a veteran of TV sports so he knew a thing or two about setting up action sequences (i.e. chases, kung fu fights, shootouts, LOTSA stuff blowin' up!!)... when it came to acting, dialogue, scripting, however...not so much. Of course, with all the babes in bikinis floppin' around such minor details were not a major concern.

Exploitation movies from this era make 'Beyond The Valley Of The Dolls' look like art by comparison.

And here I went to all the trouble of stashing that fucker in an out of the way corner of the video shelves too. I must've gotten beat to it by another horn dog who appreciates a good B-Movie bargain.
(SIGH) It wasn't meant to be.

Over a year after I started this thread, it looks like I will soon be getting my, ahem, hands on a copy of this DVD set. My brother found it in the bargain bin at his local K-Mart, he bought one for himself and one for me!! Woooo!

I've watched two movies from this set thus far - "Malibu Express" and "Enemy Gold." Both were awesome in a terrible sort of way. No frills, nonsensical shoot'em ups with hot female cast members and lots of gratuitous hootage. These movies rock! Haha
