| So I'm ringing in 2013 with a 22 oz. bottle of Double Bastard Ale from Stone Brewing.  ... this is the "big brother" of their famed Arrogant Bastard Ale, this stuff is 11.2% and DAAAAAAAAAMN the first sip was so hoppy that it damn near took my head off. After a couple of swigs, though, I'm getting used to it (either that or my taste buds have been burnt off, hahaha).... this is definitely a "sipper," not something to gulp. I'm already feelin' it and I have half the bottle to go yet. Happy New Year everyone!! | |
