Trying a little experiement this week in work. Just for shits & giggles, aside from purely business conversation, I'm going to see how long I can go without talking to the other people in my office.

It's been 2 and a half days so far. No casual conversations.

Going into day 4 and still holding out. It's starting to take a noticable effect. The lone girl in the office now seems pissed off at me because I won't engage in conversation with her and the guy in front of me keeps trying to hook me into his bullshit conversations. I either ignore him completely or just give him quick one word responses. "Yes", "no" or "Mmmm-hmmm".



I'm thinking of upping the ante by only talking to the new intern and seeing how that goes.
