Top 20 "Most Played" Artists

I scrobble to Last FM when I listen on the computer, it can give you an interesting way to look at your listening habits.

Now of course this doesn't catch everything because nothing is keeping track when I play LPs or CDs or DVDs.

But it's a good measuring stick regardless. These same stats can be gathered out of most Media players (WMP or iTunes).

I haven't listened to music much from iTunes here, I wonder what my iPod has listed?

if you sign up for Last FM it will also track your stats from your iPod for you (it updates when you sync).

Wilson only has 1 solo record so far, so I haven't played it nearly as much as those other bands that have large discographies.

Also, a band like King Crimson would be higher on the list if they had shorter songs. LOL.

That's also why there aren't any jazz artists on the list, longer songs = less times played.

It's also interesting to see 'Ryche on that list, especially so high. Don't get me wrong it's just so many people rag on their stuff past Empire.

Wishbone Ash is easily one of my favorite bands, and Queensryche too. But really only up through Promised Land. I can't stand their newer releases either.
