As far as I know, there's no official unplugged album from Bruce. That clip was taken from the show MTV Studios.
He does have a bunch of great acoustic songs, though. The bonus track "Acoustic Song" on the Greatest Hits comp is one of my favorites.

I know most of you dudes around here don't care much for this band, but this track surprised the hell out of me by how good it was. Around 3 minutes in it has a nice Opeth-esque groove going on. Killer shit.
