| I actually loved Piper from the very beginning, I owned it pretty early (I was probably 11 when I got it). I grew up hearing psychedelic music around the house though, so it's in my DNA.

| Top 5 Rushes for dumbasses
1.Permanent Waves 2.2112 3.Rush 4.Moving Pictures 5.Hemispheres
This is considering I've never heard a lot of Rush, never been a big Rush fan, these are pretty much the ones I recall hearing and thought were good, haven't heard a lot of there 80s stuff and none of anything from 90s and 2000+ stuff. Hell all I own is own is a greatest hits and only jam that sometimes.

| Atom Heart Mother was an album I didn't appreciate when I was younger, but that has changed as my musical tastes grew.

As I started going backwards into their catalog, this is one of those weird ones(also Ummagumma and the early soundtracks) that I really like. They were really taking chances and trying to find their sound in the post-Barrett era! It made for some interesting music. It's almost a forgotten period after the success of Dark Side.

I couldn't agree more, in fact that particular ere, post-Barrett pre-Dark Side Of The Moon is my fave.

| Artist #6: Jethro Tull
1. A Passion Play 2. Stand Up 3. Minstrel In The Gallery 4. Stormwatch 5. Crest Of A Knave
That one was REALLY hard! They have such a strong catalog and different phases.

| I love A Passion Play, but it was an album I got a long time after the others, so it's never quite crept into my top 5.
Conversely, an album like War Child that I didn't used to like, I now adore.

War Child is cool!!!! That's another that got rotated out...... just barely. I put Stormwatch in for the "Out In The Country" era(I like all three of those albums, none are weak). Nightcap is a GREAT comp album as well. It has the original Passion Play/War Child idea(called Chateau D'Isaster Tapes) on one cd and b-sides on the other. Pick it up if you haven't yet!
