This is too true man, this sound like my house, thankfully it's been getting warmer and I've been opening up windows and airing out the house.

Yeah, my kids tend to bring home virus and the like from school...

My son did something really cool and I just found about it - he has Stryper's The Covering on his I-pod and he created a playlist with a song from The Covering followed by the original artist track because he wanted to compare the songs! He also had multiple versions of The Trooper (Studio and live versions) too!

I bought an Agile brand 8 string at a pawn shop for 4 bills today. It's a righty so the strings are already upside down for me. Neck thru. It sounds like it'd be a cheapie but man it sounds and feels great! It has one pickup (bridge) so it's crisp as fuck. I still like my Schecter better especially for Sludge, Stoner and Doom but the Agile is a great studio axe.

Down is the only band I like that has Phil Anselmo in it.

I liked them when they first came out, but there are countless bands that play this style that are FAR superior so I don't really feel the need to revisit them. Plus I hate Anselmo so much I'm happy I don't have to tolerate him any longer.

Never liked Down, basic sludge, the only difference is Anselmo is on vocals.

I really like 'em but it sux that Pepper's voice is not being used anywhere in any band and he's not getting any younger, I'd like to hear some new stuffw/him on vox.

Funkytown by Lipps Inc. was the #1 song on the Billboard charts the day I was born, maybe that's ehy I've always liked that song...it's not the kind of song I'd normally like.

I got a road trip tomorrow and all this Eloy talk made me decide that's what we'll listen to...I'm jamming Silent Cries And Mighty Echoes as we speak.

I think I'm finally starting to claw myself out of my depression (again). It's been VERY rough for the past 4 months, but I'm beginning to see the light again.

Now if I can just find a job before I get evicted...

I thought you had a job? I kinda had a feeling you weren't currently employed though for some reason. Man, SD I hope for the best for ya. *sending forth positive vibes*
